Our Order Collections/Returns and Customer Service Address

Cardholders will be debited immediately upon ordering any of our products on our website.
Our refund policy is that we only refund for goods once they are returned to us, as they were originally delivered, frozen and not thawed or damaged. We will reimburse you fully for shipping costs incurred whilst returning the goods to us. You must pay the shipping charge upfront and provide us with the receipt for reimbursement. You must use and pay for an express or "overnight" shipping/postal service in order to return the goods to us in time.
Regarding cancellation of an order, of course we can also refund once we have at least 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled delivery.
Regarding damaged goods, we require photographic evidence in any dispute surrounding damaged goods in order to support your case for reimbursement.
Meal Plan Subscriptions
These monthly subscriptions are paid for upfront in one lump sum via our website checkout. Payment is taken immediately when ordered via our website. There is no auto-renew option with these subscriptions. If you wish to order again, you must do so, separate to the original order and in your own time.
We guarantee that your order will be 100% paleo standard food (grain free and dairy free) and that your order arrive on the desired day according to our delivery schedule
Returning Goods for Cardholders
Due to the fact that our products are perishable, we do not accept returned goods once they have left our premises.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland. All card payments are taken immediately via our website.
